Affordable Rates
Meadowbrook Manor is a private pay facility. Although there are many advantages to being a small facility, we are unable to accept Medicaid payments. Our monthly rate is usually paid from one or a combination of Social Security and retirement benefits, investment dividends, sale of previous residence or the family.

Our monthly rate is $2500 for a private room, or $2300 for the shared room and includes the following:

  • Trained staff on-duty 24 hours a day
  • Assistance with personal hygiene
  • Medication management
  • Three nutritious meals, plus two snacks
  • Most activities
  • Case Management
  • Nurse available 24 hours a day for emergencies
  • Scheduling of physicians appointments
  • Weekly housekeeping services
  • Weekly linen service
  • Daily personal laundry service
  • Utilities
  • Cable television
